What Is The Information For?
The Golf Association of Ontario (GAO) would like you to provide information about your programs and services so that the GAO may communicate these opportunities to local elementary schools participating in the National Golf in Schools Program.
By taking a few minutes to fill out the survey questions below you will be providing us with vital information for transitioning students from the classroom to the golf course.
All we want you to do is tell us about your facility. In turn we will provide this information to local teachers, students and parents involved in the golf in schools program across the province.
Thank you for becoming part of the Callaway Golf for Kids program, we hope your involvement will foster your programs for years to come.
